Drake Breaks Record

Billboard is reporting that Drake has broke a record. Drake's single "Make Me Proud" featuring Nicki Minaj, has jumped from 97 to number 9 on the "Hot 100 Digital Gainers". Here is Billboards statement:

After debuting last week at No. 97 with partial-week sales, Drake's "Make Me Proud," featuring Nicki Minaj, skyrockets to No. 9 as the Hot 100's Digital Gainer (166,000, up 607%). The vault is the biggest ever for a male, passing Akon's 88-spot blast (95-7) with "Smack That," featuring Eminem, five years ago this week. Among all artists, the leap of "Proud" is the fourth-greatest, following Kelly Clarkson's "My Life Would Suck Without You" (97-1, 2009), Spears' "Womanizer" (96-1, 2008) and Beyonce and Shakira's "Beautiful Liar" (94-3, 2007)
