Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" Reaches 3x Platinum

Nicki Minaj has more to thank to her Barbs and Kens. Because of them her summer single "Super Bass" reached the 3x Platinum mark. 

"Super Bass" becomes the first song by a female hip hop artist to top the 3 million mark in digital sales.

 "Moment 4 Life" (featuring Drake), another song by the rapper, is next in line, with sales of 1,442,000 copies.   in third place is Missy Elliott with her2005 smash song "Lose Control" (featuring Ciara and Fat Man Scoop), which reached sales of 1,336,000. 

Congrats Nicki you made history with you own song as well as your feature with 

Drake on his new single "Make Me Proud", as it jumped from #97 to #9 on the "Billboard Hot 100 Digital Gainer" Charts.

Ester Dean is coming back with some new solo music and she is getting help from the mc with the many voices, Miss Nicki Minaj. In a tweet that was released from @NickiMNewspaper, which was re-tweeted from Dean states:

This is not Dean and Minaj's first time at bat with each other with music. Ester was apart of the international  smash "Super Bass." No release date has been stated on when the song will see the light of day yet.

Let's hope this song will get Ester back to where she belongs on around the world.
